Bookings & pricing
Quotes and website pricing are estimates unless confirmed for your specific vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on oil capacity, filter requirements, and selected add-ons. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and access information.
Customer responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safely parked for service
- Arrange keys/access if you will not be present
- Disclose known mechanical issues relevant to oil service
- Provide a suitable payment method as arranged at booking
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee if we have already traveled to your location. Specific cancellation terms may be confirmed at booking.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Mobile Oil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or services. Our total liability related to a service appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment, except where prohibited by law.
